What is grammar?

Grammar:

The set of rules and regulations under which a language is formed, written, and spoken, is called grammar. It is never possible to form/create a language without it. It is the backbone of every language.

If somebody says "English can be learnt without its grammar", simply ignore them.
They are abnormal.
